prompt me

I take prompts. Short stories, post topics – gimme something to write about. As of now, no limits, no rules. Anything goes – satisfaction guaranteed, and my best efforts at a swift turnaround. I solemnly swear to fulfill each and every post, though not necessarily in order, and the blog fest EveryDay May is the perfect time to shove all your requests in, because they’re more likely to get done asap! Be as detailed or as vague as you wish. I can’t wait to see what you want to see from me.

Examples of prompts I’ve fulfilled:

A love song to a cup of noodles (prompt submitted by Bryson, 9.16.10) : complete.

A poem about your favorite place in the world (prompt submitted by Austin Grube 9.18.10) : complete.

A blog telling your life story, in reverse, from the viewpoint of your shoes (prompt submitted by Andrew Hochradel 5.14.11) : multi-part : ongoing.

I love your writing!! I hope you don’t find this weird, since you don’t know me… but can you write something for me? I’m feeling pretty down right now and I’d love to see something… You don’t have to, I’m sure you’re so busy, but It’d be great. :]

I apologize to prompters – I’ve been neglecting you! I’m working slowly but surely on J’s friend-who-isn’t-a-friend post, and I plan to write something special for Rose very soon after. I can’t give a for sure date, but they’re coming, and November Blog Fest will definitely kick my butt into gear with these prompts. Feel free to pester me until I fulfill. I love you guys, thanks for reading, all of you!
